 August   12th will be what we call the load in day, all vendors and activities will load in on this day. Any vehicles that will be   staying  for the duration of the weekend will roll in and park for the weekend. Please keep in mind that there will be no one specific watching or gaurding these vehicles, leave them at your own risk. Good news is they are parked on a Military Base and they "should" be safe.                       Â
August  13th: Those of you who are not staging your vehicles all weekend long can roll in between 6:30am - 8:30am but must stay parked until the end which is 5:00pm +/- . The event opens to the public at 10:00am. Please have all set up completed by then.                  Â

We will be giving away awards for each day, so Saturday will have it own award presentation and Sunday will have its own awards presentation. You cannot win both days in a row. Awards will be Top 10 and Best In Show, there will be no specific catagories just Top 10(subject to change to Top 25) and Best In Show.
Unfortunatly we have no emergency use of any buildings should inclement weather come in. YOU MUST have valid insurance on ALL vehicles no matter what. Also must have up to date safety on ALL vehicles no matter what. At the event we will have plenty to do to keep not only you busy but the Ohana and Keiki as well. Â Â Â Â Â
1. A business Expo Section where you can check the local business and ask all kine questions   Â
2. A Keiki Zone to keep them happy and busy…..we get it.      Â
3. Touch A Truck Section to check all those rigs you've always wanted to, with parental assistance touch em, climb em, take picture with em….   Â

There will be a Drivers/Public Tent with portable a/c to sit, relax and talk story over a beer or two, beer is subject to change.  You CANNOT bring in your own alcohol!           Â
